How is my order shipped?
We normally ship through the US Postal Service for small orders, usually within 1 business day of cleared payment. Express 1 day or Priority 2-3 day shipping is available for an additional charge. On large orders the carrier is determined at time of shipping.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Normally we ship to the USA and Canada, however we have shipped world wide and will consider international shipments on a case by case basis. eMail us for more info.
How can I find out the status of my order?
You will be notified by email on the day your item is shipped and provided with a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number or have any questions please email us at; firstname.lastname@example.org
My tracking information indicates my shipment was "Delivered." but I did not receive it. What can I do?
This is very rare, but if it happens to you, start with asking the other members of your household and also with your neighbors if they received the shipment. On occasion deliveries will be given to a neighbor if you are not home. If you still can't locate the package, contact the delivery service and ask where the shipment was put. If you did not find the shipment after taking the above steps contact us at email@example.com
What are your terms of payment?
We accept PayPal, and Google Checkout.
We do not accept checks or Money Orders of any kind, with the exception of eChecks through PayPal.
Payment in full is expected at the time you place your order.
After we receive your cleared payment, your item will normally ship within 1 business day.
Remember, eChecks normally take 4-5 business days to clear.
What is your return policy?

You MUST have a Return Authorization Number!
If the problem is our fault, for example, we sent the wrong item, or defective item, just let us know and we will exchange or refund at your option.
Within three days, Customer will notify us by phone or email and get return authorization. Customer will pay for insured, return shipping to us. We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. We will ship replacement item back to you at our cost or issue refund at our option.
Item for Exchange MUST be in Original Packaging and in NEW, UN-WORN and RE-SALEABLE condition. Items that do not meet this requirement will be returned to you and no exchange will be made.
Every effort will be made to get you a replacement item of the same type, but because we are an outlet store, the item may not be available. In this case, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the original item in NEW, UN-WORN and RE-SALEABLE condition.

Why can't I return items beyond the 7-day time frame?
By keeping the return window to 7 days, we are able to keep our costs low so we can continue to offer you great merchandise at low prices. We give our customers 7 days to evaluate each purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return it within that time period.
