Payment in full is expected at the time you place your order.

After we receive your cleared payment, your item will normally ship within 1 business day.

remember, eChecks normally take 4-5 business days to clear.


Our return policy:
If the problem is our fault, for example, wrong item, or defective item, just let us know and we will exchange or refund at your option.

Exchange:
Within 7 days, Customer will notify us by phone or email and get a return authorization number. Customer will pay for insured, return shipping to us. We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. We will ship replacement item back to you at our cost or issue refund at our option.

Item for Exchange MUST be in Original Packaging and in NEW, UN-WORN and RE-SALEABLE condition. Items that do not meet this requirement will be returned to you and no exchange will be made.

Every effort will be made to get you a replacement item of the same type, but because we are an outlet store, the item may not be available. In this case, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the original item in NEW, UN-WORN and RE-SALEABLE condition.
